The environment has nothing to say, the best. But the time was wrong when I went there. During the renovation, the facilities and equipment were aging, and the interior furnishings of the room were relatively old. I learned that I was reinstalling and upgrading. 昨晚入住的天逸酒店 幾個問題 1. 具體房費多少？到店收了我510元（攜程上509元）2.未告知早餐地點及時間，3.房間電視是壞的，前後好多人來搞一個多小時才處理，4沒有迎賓，前台工作人員態度太差，可能是我去的時間是飯點。5.標示牌極為不清楚。6.礦泉水3元一瓶😂這是四星酒店呀，不是連鎖酒店。7除了外圍環境漂亮一點，其他連普通民宿都不如。

酒店環境幽雅、安靜，房間較大，設施稍顯陳舊。可能是春節酒店客人比較多，酒店接待能力不足，早餐品種較少且不足，臨時開了個宴會廳提供早餐。整體服務水平及服務意識較差，例如早上剛一起床，樓層服務員一直問是否要退房，她要查房，告訴她房間裏還放有行李且暫不退房，服務員雖沒有説話，但感受非常不好。

環境可以，其餘方面打頂就是三星酒店標準。衞生間洗手池下的抽屜拉開就看見一衹蟑螂（忍着噁心和害怕迅速拖鞋拍s，忘記拍照片了），然後感覺哪哪哪都臟。房間設施老舊，四星酒店居然沒有服務員幫拿行李，所有服務員（包括前台）見到客人都是一副冷臉。之前看到有客人評價早餐難吃，帶着孩子懶得出去找吃的，就抱着試試看的想法，果然啊，品種少得可憐還難吃。也不知道這個四星是咋評出來的。不會再入住，下次來石屏去城裡找個三星都比他強。

環境很好，硬件設施很好，但服務很不好：1、讓送刮鬍刀，結果送了牙刷過來、後來一問説刮鬍刀沒有了所以送把牙刷過來，很囧。2，讓送瓶礦泉水，結果説3元錢一瓶，五六百一晚的酒店，礦泉水都要賣錢的麼？3，早餐品種很少，加上節日期間，菜品長期處於空盤狀況，五六百一晚的星級酒店，早餐就這樣？對了，小孩子吃早餐還要加收錢，五六百的星級酒店這麼看重這些小錢？總體來説酒店環境很棒，硬件設施也不錯，但管理和服務上處處細節體現出摳門和吝嗇。
