昨晚入住的天逸酒店 幾個問題 1. 具體房費多少？到店收了我510元（攜程上509元）2.未告知早餐地點及時間，3.房間電視是壞的，前後好多人來搞一個多小時才處理，4沒有迎賓，前台工作人員態度太差，可能是我去的時間是飯點。5.標示牌極為不清楚。6.礦泉水3元一瓶😂這是四星酒店呀，不是連鎖酒店。7除了外圍環境漂亮一點，其他連普通民宿都不如。

這個酒店下高速就是，如果行李多儘量把車停在左側最裡邊，距離客房近點。要不然從大堂去客房繞來繞去，很不方便。上電梯也會走很遠，到客房後，如果東西不多走兩側樓梯方便。房間很潮濕，我們衹住了一晚。但是他家早餐的小鍋米線絕對是特色，值得推薦。不誇張説比五星酒店的早餐都有味道。

要不是朋友預訂這家我們是不會選擇入住的，一點服務意識都沒有，住2號樓要走很長一段路又遇上下雨，問能不能幫忙送行李或者給我們開車送進去，不迴應，房間非常老舊，進入房間發現有未收拾的一次性餐具，水壺外面一層污垢，地上還有一些薯片碎，吧枱玻璃一層灰塵，廁所還算乾淨，看到洗浴用品就很好笑了，三合一的洗浴品，住這麼多酒店第一次遇到，早餐非常簡陋，衹有一碗小鍋米線還算可以，綠化是不錯，但廊橋老舊破損，湖裡的水很臟！總之不信入住就會明白了，差評不是隨便給的

酒店的設施不錯，特別外圍環境非常優美，很早就見員工在噴水掃地！庭院較大，漫步休閑的好地方！
衞生需提高，注意細節，打開酒店配置的一次性牙刷，沒有塑料袋密封，牙膏是擠癟的，牙刷🪥上還留有使用後的牙膏殘留物，讓人看了非常不爽，不知是怎麼打掃的，而且使用後的東西又怎麼裝進盒子留給了下一位客户，打電話給總枱倒是重新送過來，但服務行業的確需從小事抓起，那麼美的異龍湖，漂亮的神豆黃花，今後的遊客越來越多，應該多為自己爭取遊客，為酒店也為個人爭取收入。
另提點小建議：晚上打電話給總店説是要2瓶水，總店告知要收費，3元1瓶，第一次碰到這種情況，旅遊這麼多年，去到大西北都沒有這種情況發生，有點無語，這個水去批發要不了多少錢，住客也喝不了多少啊，可能是我個人想多了，衹是覺得能更好的服務客户吧。
