Location is very good. You can take your car. Make sure to take the Quinton road😊. Parking may be a problem for late arrivals. Food was good and so was room hygiene. Staff were nice and friendly. Our room had issues with the TV (very few channels and they forgot to recharge the kid's channels despite multiple requests) and AC (air swing non-functional). I would still recommend it because of its location, room amenities, parking and food options.

Interior bit damaged rest all ok, tv not working even after remainder. Food taste is good but can’t expect tawa roti better as it will serve like papad

Than a road where the hotel is located is a calm, clean and peaceful area compared to the din of the congested police bazar. Yet the market is at just a minute's walking distance from the hotel. So location-wise its perfect. As for the premium executive non-ac room it may be said that you live like a queen here. White decor of the room ***** with plush bathroom gives a regal feel. Room service and reception are both fantastic. Coffee kit and toiletries kit are provided. Completely worth the money. Though in house coffee is overpriced compared to food. I would strongly recommend this place compared to any other hotels in police bazar based on their location and service.

The property is very congested. Rooms wall are damp and no provision of ventilation. Bed sheet and pillow are growing fungi and smelly. Horrible experience. If you stay definitely gonna fall ill

Hotel is in a no entry zone. We had to walk nearly half kilometre to reach hotel, dragging our luggage uphill. The service was terrible. They didn't change the bedsheets for 3 days. In dining, had to wait for more than an hour to be serviced with dinner. The bathroom is pathetic- no exhaust, ceiling all black and dirty. Most of the lights in the room didn't work. They didn't provide mineral water- just regular tap water.

Maintenance is poor. A c was not working properly in r n 372. Fan was giving horrible sound. Rn 346. Intercom was not working in 346. Food was oily and spicy.

None of the electrical appliances-ac tv landline was functional. We had to stay in a basement room without window without ac, it felt suffocating. Instead of repeated requests, they told ac would work in a while, but whole night we couldn't turn on the ac. Tv is not functioning - they told they will recharge immediately the dish tv, but they didn't. For telling these things we can't call the reception as the landline was not working.

The location of the property in the heart of the Police Bazar, the local market is very close, but a very crowded area. Amenities are not available as per the star hotel. Breakfast items are very less.
