It's a magnificent hotel to stay with your family. Nice ambience, nice, helpful, friendly and cooperative team. But the hotel is not near police bazar. It's atleast 15 minutes walk. Which can be a problem for senior citizens or sick persons. I feel the food prices are a bit on the higher side. All in all a great place to stay with your family.

Stayed at Hotel Polo Towers, Shillong, and had a good experience overall. The room was clean and cool, which made for a comfortable stay. My room, facing the front, was a bit loud at times, but my friend’s room was much quieter. The breakfast was okay, with a decent selection. The hotel has a nice ambiance and good service. Would consider staying again!
