Property surrounding view point bad. Room was booked for twin bed, however they charged rs 500/ per night extra total rs 1500/ charged extra

Room is very spacious , bathroom is also very clean & hygienic . Room service & staff behaviour is outstanding. Overall Phoenix’s residency is very very good hotel entire Shillong. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Good stay. Clean hotel. Good staff. Normal but good breakfast. Best thing one shaan restaurant ( like haldiram in delhi) is just nearby it and very good for pure vegetarian persons

Suite rooms are good, however the room service is below average. Breakfast is below par. 4 nights stay, asked for room cleaning every day, they never changed the linen which is surprising and gross.

The property is neat and clean. Staff is helpful, nice and really accomodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. The highlight of this stay was the food. The food is really tasty.
