It Was not worthy of 100$ hotel .very small low amenities.its charge you 5 star rate but service you will get 2 star. I have to take my own bags in room. and provide products are not that standard.

I had my best time of my life. The staff was very welcoming and generous they arrange my booking so smooth and very well. Food and drinks was another level special thanks and a bow to the team tavern, Natasha, Pankaj, Arun the bartender who makes good cocktail shots for us, Aditya our server.. Kudos to u all

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel with our UK mission delegation for a workshop at Shillong. Checkin and checkout was super smooth. Wonderful and proactive work by Stephanie, Larry and Alvy. Starting from the booking with Stephanie, checkin, billing & car arrangements by Larry and Alvy, everything was a cakewalk. I wish them all the very best for the wonderful job they are doing at the hotel and Marriott is lucky enough to get them. I am sharing a picture which I clicked during our stay. Thank you Larry for the wonderful woodwork depicting the Khaasi tribe leader. It will always remain close to my heart.

From the moment we were seated, Natasha was attentive, friendly, and professional. She had a genuine warmth that made us feel welcome and valued. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she was able to provide helpful recommendations and answer all our questions with patience and clarity. Throughout our meal, Natasha consistently checked on us, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Beyond her technical skills, Natasha positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm were truly remarkable. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable.
