Excellent stay at Vivanta Meghalaya, Shillong Police Bazar. We had a great stay, and the comfortable room is small but happy. We got all the amenities in the room, and all the staff are very friendly; they kept smiling every time. Special mention to the Housekeeping team; some of the names I remember are Darishà and her team. They are very helpful to us; make sure that we are happy in the room. Thank you, guys. One of the most comfortable stays! The USP - the breakfast and the team that made food so beautifully prepared and served for my mom and me. Mr. Diwakar, Mr. Bablu, Mr. Ganesh and their head Mr. Gopal. Every detail was paid attention to and the service was impeccable. Ms. Iba and Ms. Minaklin made it easy to scurry the lanes of Shillong for us. Overall- a beautiful stay and a lot of loving words .

Our stay was amazing the rooms are very nice and the hotel is located at the prime location. The staff of the hotel is very hospitable , naming a few like Rapmica, Kritika and Rupam, these guys made our stay more special. The food is another perk of this hotel , it serves one of the best breakfast buffets and its mutton biryani is a must try.

Hi....just felt like writing a review to share my experience. The property and rooms are beautiful as always as I have been staying with them frequently from past two years. This time dropping this review specially regarding dining experience. Would like to highlight and appreciate Rupam and Rajesh specially for being pro active with the service. Promptly assisting me throughout as I was dining alone and asking me if I would like to try any other delicacies. Thank you so much for making my stay better...and efforts appreciated.

Our stay at VIVANTA ,Shillong was from 5th to the 10th of July, this year '25. We must say it was a memorable stay. The room was very comfortable and the service of the staff members, be it in the restuarant, or housekeeping or the Front Office, was efficient, heartwarming! For 6 days and nights, VIVANTA felt like a second home. We take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone at the hotel, every staff member, for offering superb hospitality. Our deep gratitude to the Front Office team headed by Rajashree Buragohain,followed by Purvi, Chesil and other teammates. Heartfelt thanks to the super Chefs Bablu, Ganesh, Ankit. Special thanks to Rajesh, Diwakar, Rupam, Naphi, Ramika, Minaklin, Frederick and their team mates, for making meal times a pleasure. Gratitude to the housekeeping staff of Suman and his dedicated team for excellent housekeeping. A warm thank you to the Security Staff for always caring for our safety and well being. Kindly excuse us if we couldn't mention any name with whom we had interacted. We would recommend VIVANTA Shillong to friends and family anyday! We'll miss you for sure! Would love to visit again. Great service and comfortable stay. The staff is professional and friendly. special thanks to rupam, bablu and jani for their service. The hotel is very accessible and at a very convenient location. Close to the market and buzzing atmosphere.
