Great staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, very nice room. A family hotel, or good for seniors, although lots of steps.

硬件:老舊，洗澡間玻璃門一個合頁爛的，無法完全打開，感覺要不來多久就會一扇門的掉下來，
服務：很好，服務員都很好，有什麼問題也會及時處理
衞生：池子、房間衞生可以，但是室內小童遊樂園無人看管，竟然有一坨💩，無法接受
自助餐：味道還可以的，也比較新鮮，早餐種類少一些
可能是天冷，人少，玩起來不會很擠
湯屋温泉水很大，很快可以放好，水質也好，衹是不知道為什麼，早上放的温泉水温度較低，頭天晚上的就很合適

温泉質量極好，私湯完美，環境如幻境，自助餐品類繁多，服務極好員工積極快樂，足療推拿專業，硬件高檔而不奢。距離5A景點石林非常近。是個度假養老好去處！加油

晚餐的自助餐，因為人太多了，站着吃的。第2天去吃的中午自助餐還可以。節日人太多，沒限流，體驗感一般。

暢吃温泉區內自助餐（限住20小時內）:很超值哦，菜品都很新鮮👍
服務：服務態度好👍
衞生：蟲子比較多，如果是容易被盯的起包包的朋友要提前備好塗抹的葯物。
設施：大人、小朋友都有遊玩的地方，私湯6人以上都沒問題哦👍👍
現在採摘小番茄和黃瓜也很不錯，有觀光車可以送哦👍👍
環境：整體環境很不錯哦👍👍

酒店大廳沒有明顯指示牌，前台幫辦完入住後工作人員沒有任何交代，自助餐時間什麼的都沒提示，甚至沒有提示房間具體位置，問到才説，房間設施和裝修也比較老舊，兩間房同房型毛巾架款式都不一樣，其中一間紙杯都沒配備，房間裏衹有兩套桑拿服和浴袍，帶小朋友需要用桑拿服和浴袍還需要去女賓室單獨拿各壓100塊錢按金，退桑拿服和浴袍也必須拿回女賓室，總體體驗不好。餐廳也很一般，自助餐基本上吃不了什麼，菜少且不好吃，飲料區2台飲料機空擺着接不了任何飲料，問服務員回答説機器壞了，衹有白水，酒店位置問題，也點不到外賣。温泉水質挺好，這個可能是唯一的加分項。

不太好住宿，夜裡摔門情況太多了，吵到無法休息，池子應該多清理，安裝好電梯最好，其餘都不錯，吃的不説多好，對得起這個價格吧
