Meals were not included. I arrived at the hotel after the front desk staff had left an envelope with the key in it for me, but it was a bit risky from a safety standpoint, but it was my fault for being late, so it was a very nice touch.

The air conditioning was terrible, there was no sense of cleanliness, and I was surprised at how different it was from the photos.

It was the worst.
It feels like it's on the verge of collapse.
If breakfast is not served, the front desk will be unmanned at night.
The person on the other end said, ``Please understand that this is an old hotel and may cause some discomfort to our guests.''
So I wanted to cancel.
When I got the key and went to my room, it was unlocked and something was left at my feet. Obviously in the middle of cleaning.
I want you to think about how I feel being forced to stay in such a place. I told the front desk, but they just took what was available. Only the obon fee was charged.
There are no amenities for children even though I have reported them if they are dirty.
I will never go to a place like this that cannot be called a hotel again.
Don't take money at the shelter level.
