紋別湖最好的酒店，沒有之一，就建在湖上，窗户外面就是整個湖景，冬天真的是窗外就是它的冰村和整個湖面
二樓的温泉一定要去室外池子泡一下，美景會讓你永生難忘。（女士的露天景色勝過男士很多😄）

酒店位置就在ice bar旁，可以玩雪上電單車，象皮艇，自制冰杯，冰湖上浸溫泉等活動
另外不得不說工作人員真的很友善，我參加了附近的狗拉雪橇，如果要坐巴士過去會早兩小時就到，本想叫的士過去的，可是酒店員工說這邊不容易叫的士，所以安排了酒店的車輛車我們過去，很感動

酒店各設施都很殘舊，乏善足陳，不會推薦，更不會再入住。我訂的是日式房，和室塌塌米牀。一般我都會期望職員幫我舖床，但這酒店卻要求客人自己鋪床，職員是不會協助的！房內沒有免費枝裝水，客廳衹有一個插電位，極不足夠顧客使用。早餐食物味道在水準之下，晚餐食物種類豐富，但味道普通！溫泉浴池空間細少，池水像是沒有天天更換！

At ~A$325 for an overnight Dinner, Bed and Breakfast stop it delivered only to an average standard. The food for both dinner and breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The third floor room did have a nice view though, and the Onsen was good with again nice views over the lake. The room was a traditional Japanese style with plenty of room for up to 4 people. The bathroom was basic.

至って普通の温泉宿 変わっているのは、このエリア唯一の宿ってこと 冬場は特に移動もままならないので フロントは、頑張っている感じ 部屋は、ドア開けた瞬間がお楽しみってところ 部屋自体は、昭和の部屋 特にコンセントの少なさに辟易とします 温泉は、日帰りの経験ありますが いい部類 露天風呂が少し狭いかな さて、料理は、これも普通ですかね

ツアーで宿泊しました。以前立ち寄りで然別湖を見たことはありましたが、宿泊するのは初めてです。以前はもう1軒ホテルが営業していたようですが、現在は1軒だけになっています。周囲にはビジターセンターがあるだけで商店は全くありません。飲み物などは事前に用意してから行った方が良いかもしれません。売店もありますが、飲み物などは許容できる程度の値段だったので、ここで買っても良いと思います。客室は和室で、全室がレイクビューだと思います。湖畔に建っているので部屋からの眺めは最高です。目の前に広がる然別湖の眺めはヨーロッパアルプスの山の中の湖のようです。食事は豪華ではありませんでしたが、オショロコマなど北海道らしい食材の料理が並びます。外国人の研修生がサービスしてくれますが、皆さんとても親切でした。レストランの飲み物では北海道の焼酎のボトルが安価だったので、食事中に飲んで残ったものは部屋飲みしました。レストランでアイスピッチャーや氷を用意してくれました。ホテルの名前が風水なのですが、風水をテーマにした陶壁画やアートが部屋にかかり、作品を読み解くのも楽しいです。温泉も古いd須賀湯はなかなか良かったです。露天風呂からは朝日と然別湖がきれいに見えました。
