I brought my children to the Provincial Children's Hospital for a check-up and stayed in this hotel. This hotel is a hotel with its unique combination of traditional and modern lifestyle services and facilities. It has free parking and is surrounded by large supermarkets, shopping malls, and cinemas. The room was very clean and there was free wifi everywhere. Although it was a five-star hotel, the price was reasonable and everything I needed was taken into consideration. The warm greetings from the waiters made me feel at home. It was my first stay experience. A highlight. Because I took my children with me and gave them a small gift [gift], the children were particularly happy about the unexpected gain from this trip. It’s a really nice hotel. It’s warm, considerate and attentive. I will choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

I was very satisfied with the stay this time. The hotel's service attitude was super good. The housekeeper Coco always kept a friendly smile, which left a deep impression. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is a few steps away from the train head pedestrian street. It is super convenient to eat, the transportation is convenient, and there is no pressure to travel. The facilities in the room are very complete, clean and tidy. Daily necessities are available. The hotel is very convenient for transportation. There is a parking lot, bus station, subway entrance, and many shopping malls nearby. The front desk is quick to check in. The breakfast is buffet style with rich varieties. It combines Chinese and Western styles with tofu brain and fried dough sticks. The Yunzhenzhen Joyful buns are also delicious. Because of business, I checked into the hotel in a hurry at night, and even breakfast was not used, so I didn't know much about other services in the hotel. The room is regular and not big, but it has everything you need. The small details in every aspect can make the guests feel the attentiveness of the hotel staff. What needs to be mentioned in particular is that I only had a brief contact with the front desk staff, but they made me feel the high-quality service concept and hotel culture. I believe it is nothing more than feeling at home. I specifically clicked back to the hotel's homepage and looked at the star. It was four stars, but it was indeed a five-star hotel. grateful!

Service: Very good. There was a waiter to pick up the luggage after getting off the bus. The front desk clerk was polite and enthusiastic. The room service was very good. The fruit was delivered and the good night service was very considerate. The child became uncomfortable in the middle of the night and soiled the bedding. It was very late and the night shift foreman was there. They also brought two waiters to help us clean up without any resistance and were very caring about the children. Ren Peijiao, the head waiter during the day, was more attentive. When she saw that the child was feeling a little uncomfortable, she specially sent a gift to the child. She also gave us free brown sugar for us to make water to warm the child's belly. It was so considerate. Thank you very much for this meticulous service attitude. We will see you again next time. If we come here to play, we will definitely choose Yunjing. The service here has already surpassed five stars, making us feel warm and comfortable. It took more than ten minutes to find a parking space near the hotel elevator! The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. GGuest UserReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

Good location with many restaurants nearby. 15 mins away from Liucun subway station which is not too far for me (if you are not in a hurry , walking is a good way to exercise) . Breakfast looks the same every day but i enjoyed so much because of good taste and various kind of food. The room’s clean, and new, bed is comfy. The staffs at front counter are kind and very helpful. Will come back 😆

My host teacher picked me up from Shijiazhuang station and drove me to the hotel but we couldn't drive near, because the street was closed to traffic. We walked about 500m and my teacher helped translate at check in, as I was very tired after the long flight from Australia following directly by the 7hr train trip. I just used my passport. The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and the bad air quality seemed to be leaking in somewhere. I ran my portable air purifier all night. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed in very good working condition apart from the thermostat. Despite trying to reduce the room temperature to 16-18°c it remained at 23-24°c which is too high for me. I had a boutique queen room that became very warm when opening the thick curtains. It is quiet and clean.

There is also a museum nearby, which is only a few minutes' drive away. If you stay, you can park for free in the basement, which is quite good. GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the hotel I chose for this trip. It is located in the center of Shijiazhuang, opposite the Vientiane City, and is very prosperous. The hotel has its own parking lot in the backyard, and there are charging piles, which is very convenient. The room is relatively large, and the extra large 2.4 meters is made of two beds, but the middle is well handled, with no gaps, which is very good. The bathtub is very comfortable. The head called me twice to confirm before checking in, which was very responsible. He also thoughtfully prepared children's toothbrushes and slippers for children. The children liked it very much. Dinner was eaten at the hotel. There was a group purchase on Dianping. The price was very suitable and the taste was very delicious.

My issue is that the walls are super thin, I was woken up in the middle of the night because the person in the next room was talking. I was able to clearly hear every word that the other guess said. The reception was kind enough to talk with the guess, after I called. But now I was plagued with the sound of that person snoring.

There is a shuttle bus but when we tried to call from the airport to get picked up, nobody answered the hotel phone. When we arrived, I booked a king size bedroom but I was with my colleague so the receptionist kindly change the room for a twin bedroom. Next day we took the free shuttle service to the airport. The driver was a little rude. Other than that, the hotel was fine.
