The housekeeping supervisor paid a special visit to solve some problems. There is one comment I want to mention. The extra-large bed in the business arrangement that I ordered last time is so good. The room I booked for the business class arrangement this time was different from the last time. I came here just for the big bed. After asking, I was told that the room type was upgraded last time. The extra large bed required extra money. The last upgrade did not explain the upgrade. I don’t understand the difference a bit, I hope more management training will be strengthened, otherwise I’m very satisfied!

The hotel has above-ground and underground parking lots. This hotel is fine, but to be honest, the check-in procedure for foreigners is way too long and intrusive. I've stayed at dozens of hotels in China and this is the first time I've been asked that many questions (COVID time included): What's the purpose of my stay, where do I live and work, what airline did I use to arrive in China (even though I have been living in China for almost three years) and what was the flight number, etc. This is not acceptable!
