Hotels in Hebei Provincial Museum, Shijiazhuang

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and welcome fruit and sugar-free pear juice were given as gifts. The customer service called in advance to understand the accommodation needs and reserved a parking space. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the staff arranged every car entering in a timely manner, which was very orderly.

So close and so beautiful, I went to Hebei on the weekend and stayed for two days. In general, the International Building is quite satisfactory in all aspects, meeting the standards of a four-star hotel. The location is very advantageous, 10 meters from the subway station 😂 and opposite the Hebei Museum and the Science and Technology Museum. It is very convenient to eat, the hotel has three restaurants and a bakery. On the second night, because a team stayed in, it was very noisy and I didn’t sleep well. I mentioned it when I checked out. I didn’t expect the front desk staff and the manager to attach great importance to it and gave small gifts. At least three people said sorry to me 🥹 It’s a pity that I didn’t remember the name because I was in a hurry with my children, so I couldn’t praise him by name. I only remember that the manager had a very festive dimple on his face 😄 Thank you to all the staff of Hebei International Building in International Village for their care and service in the past two days🥰🥰🥰

High grade, extremely cost-effective, one bedroom and one living room, equivalent to a suite!

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and ample parking spaces. It is not far from the Hebei Museum and many delicious restaurants. The room is large, the high floor has a wide view, the accommodation is comfortable, and the facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and restaurant are complete. The free fruit and children's toiletries kit are very thoughtful. However, the hotel's furniture and facilities are a bit old, and perhaps due to the excessive work pressure, the front desk staff rarely smile.

Ctrip willingly gave this hotel the first review. The service attitude is just right, not overly enthusiastic, but responsive. The child took a nap and asked for a late check-out to 2:30. I was ready to pay extra, but the front desk staff told me without hesitation to ask for it from the supervisor. The most important thing is that the hotel is clean and spacious, and the sleep is comfortable. We arrived very late that day and had planned to go to bed directly, but looking at the clean room, I felt embarrassed to go to bed without taking a shower... I have been to Shijiazhuang several times and stayed in different types of hotels, both more expensive and cheaper than this one, and this one is the most comfortable. The actual room is better looking and brighter than the photo. I will stay here again next time.

I chose this highly rated hotel for my trip, and it really didn't disappoint. The location is quite good, there are many choices for nearby entertainment and dining, and it's also interesting to walk around. The subway station is right at the door, which is convenient. The hotel is said to be the tallest building in Shijiazhuang in the 1980s, with a sense of history. Except that the room is a bit cramped, the decoration, facilities, hygiene, and service are all satisfactory. It is cost-effective and recommended. The wooden hangers in the room can be replaced, which has a sense of history.

The room is clean and the front desk service attitude is very good. The breakfast is very rich and is in a buffet style. There are basically all kinds of food. This is a very satisfying trip

A hotel with very good service. Although the hardware is relatively old due to the old facilities of the old hotel, the service is outstanding. Every staff member I met is trained and uniform. The service is not only polite but also warm. There is also a shuttle bus to Zhengding Ancient City, which is great. The service staff, from the lobby manager to the cleaning lady, are all responsive. I especially praise Manager Lu and the cleaning staff Wang Meili. One can communicate and solve problems effectively, and the other is responsive and very friendly. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel. Shijiazhuang is also very beautiful.
