I had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in the beautiful city of Shijiazhuang for three nights, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel itself is stunning, modern, clean, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and luxury. But what truly made my stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone I encountered was kind, courteous, and eager to help. A special thanks to Vivian, the staff member who attended to me during my stay. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her attentiveness truly stood out and made a lasting impression. I highly recommend Intercontinental Hotel Shijiazhuang to anyone visiting the city. It’s a perfect blend of elegance and genuine hospitality.

The hotel offers excellent service, a very clean environment, and a wide variety of breakfast options. It's close to Qingya Food Street and very conveniently located near Metro Line 3. They also provide complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. Highly recommended!

After shopping at Yuhua Wanda Plaza, it's a quick walk back to the hotel in just a few minutes. For someone like me who loves shopping but doesn't want to bother, this is a great option. Not only that, Century Park is right behind the hotel, so you can take a walk in the park in the morning to breathe in the fresh air. You can see the TV Tower from the hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. They also provided a thoughtful introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. It was absolutely amazing! I have a very positive impression of them.

The decoration of Building 1 is a four-star standard, and the decoration of Building 2 is a three-star standard, so Building 1 is more like a hotel, and Building 2 is an express hotel. Although the facilities are relatively new, Building 1 feels like a four-star hotel. It looks like a first-class hotel, and Building 2 is quite far away. I don’t recommend it because the price difference is not big and the decoration of the rooms in Building 2 is very smelly. And the rooms in Building 1 have air purifiers, so if the price difference is not big, it is still recommended to choose Building 1. The breakfast is very rich. To be honest, the breakfast for 38 yuan per person is quite good and economical. There are many varieties, including freshly made pancakes, fried dough sticks, various cold dishes, stir-fried vegetables, various fruits, and various drinks. The breakfast is at the same price. In terms of standards, I can really give it a thumbs up. There are many express hotels over there. The so-called breakfast for 38 yuan per person is so good.

The rooms are warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the facilities are complete and intelligent, and it is super convenient to use. The bathroom is clean and odorless, and the quality of toiletries is also good. I was impressed by the hospitality of the service staff. From the patient guidance at the front desk when checking in, to the timely response of the room service, I felt the warmth of home.

The stay was very comfortable and quiet, and the air in the house was especially fresh! There is such a store in Shijiazhuang, which is really surprising. The garden on the rooftop is so unique, I like it very much. The room is also large and the breakfast is rich in variety!

五一自駕出行，住宿環境出乎意料。地下有很大的自有停車場，直接電梯可到客房樓層。早餐品種豐富，遠遠超乎預期。前台接待辦理入住很熱情，好像是姓高，在餐廳也看到她在幫忙了，好辛苦。本人起了個小疙瘩，樓層電梯間自助備品中有碘伏棉簽，這方便考慮程度太棒了👍13樓有自助洗衣房，自己來的還能免費安排洗車。就這服務配置還有什麼可挑的🌹 酒店位置很好，出門拐彎就能上高架路，直接去正定。去河北博物院很近，我是刷共享單車去的。去萬達廣場也是步行即可。下次石家莊還是選擇這裏。

前台服務熱情周到，主動推薦周邊餐廳。酒店離地鐵站也很近，整體體驗很不錯，值得推薦！另外旁邊還有一家生活超市，水果特別便宜。
