There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient. There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed. Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold. Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended. I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders.

All aspects of the hotel are very good and cost-effective. However, the manager on duty at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel had a very bad attitude that day. I booked lunch for the next day on the second night of my stay, requested that the food be served by 11:15, and paid for the meal in advance. The next day at noon, due to negligence of the staff, the serving time was delayed by about half an hour. Forty minutes later, there was still one dish that had not been served. However, due to the tight schedule at noon, I could no longer continue my meal and asked to return the dish that had not yet been served, but was treated badly by the manager on duty. The service of the restaurant staff was very good, but the manager left a very bad impression on me. I hope your restaurant will do better and better, and I also hope that the position of restaurant manager can be taken by someone with a stronger service-oriented mindset.

The hot and cold water controls on the shower were reversed, and the labels were confusing. Even for a frequent business traveler like me, it took some effort to figure it out; it was far from intuitive. 4. Connecting to Wi-Fi required scanning a QR code and then copying the password. It felt a bit convoluted; simply providing the password directly would be much easier and less redundant. 5. The elevators lacked keycard access, and the fire escape doors had no security control, allowing anyone to freely access any floor via the stairs. This made me feel the security was quite low. 6. The central air conditioning could only be activated through a smart speaker; the wall panel buttons were completely non-functional. 7. The hotel's 1km distance from the train station was a bit awkward – too far to walk comfortably, but almost too short to justify a taxi ride. 8. The breakfast area was small, and the variety of food was limited. When I arrived at 8 AM, most of the dishes were already gone, and I didn't see any replenishment. I also couldn't see the kitchen area. 9. I couldn't get through to the front desk on the room phone. I wondered if the phone was broken, if there was a line issue, or if they were just busy. It was only after reaching out via the booking platform that I discovered the front desk extension was '6666'. This wasn't labeled on the phone itself, so naturally, I kept pressing the 'Operator' or 'Front Desk' buttons, which didn't work.

From check-in to check-out, I felt the hospitality of the people of Shijiazhuang. The hotel specially arranged breakfast to start at more than five o'clock, specifically to serve marathon runners. The room service is also very good. I want to thank the several sisters who served my room, all of whom are very enthusiastic. In particular, the hotel prepared a small gift bag for marathon runners, including sports drinks, fruits, bread, yogurt, etc., which is no worse than the competition bag. And when eating breakfast, there should be a special leader who has been patrolling and arranging work to better serve the guests. The hotel really took out 100% sincerity. Environment: It is a great location for marathon runners. The starting point is downstairs, and you can start directly without storing your bag.
