我和朋友來石家莊玩，看了很多酒店選中了途客，酒店位置交通比較方便，因為來的比較早，在前台休息區等了一會兒，前台姐姐還給我們拿了雪糕吃，辦入住的時候前台也很迅速，還幫我們把行李拿了上去，酒店房間環境也不錯周圍玩的也多，退房的時候落了個耳釘，聯繫我們給我們寄了回來，十分推薦💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

衞生的問題直接上圖，打掃流於表面，角落沒認真打掃。
問題二：不提供洗澡用的拖鞋，衹能用酒店標配的白色小棉拖洗澡。這原本也能接受，但房間裏不提供地暖，洗完澡出來後地面濕漉漉的，踩小棉拖差點滑倒。
問題三是隔音極差，凌晨一點能聽到別的房間用水的聲音，和走廊裏敲門和説話的聲音，還以為人家敲我房間的門，無語。
問題四：既然房間沒窗户，那麼就把照明做好，室內用電腦的話，燈光偏暗。
優點：出門就是地鐵站，床很舒服，前台比較有服務精神。

每次來石家莊都會住在鋭思特，酒店温馨整潔，房間床鋪非常乾淨，服務熱情周到貼心，周圍環境好，交通便利，樓下就是公交地鐵，馬路對面是長安公園，走不了多遠就是繁華的商業街。入住體驗非常滿意。
