因為出差辦事，朋友推薦這裏。現在都是連鎖，基本都還可以，但這裡是離石家莊市區比較遠（曾經的縣，改為區），如果在石家莊市區辦事，謹慎預訂。
房間、衞生都不錯。
但有幾個細節，希望能改進。
1.早餐在6樓，雖然6樓有提示牌，但向左還是向右，客人要懵了。加一個方向的指示，會更好。
雖然餐廳在後側，但要下一段樓梯、穿過一個長廊，一般人不會貿然找到。
2.早餐種類，馬馬虎虎，蛋員工都在那邊刷手機、看短視頻，煮餛燉的地方都沒有人。還沒到收餐時間，比如油條、荷包蛋都沒有了。不及時添加。
3.吃完早餐，想帶一杯咖啡。服務員説：這裡是自助餐廳，不能帶走。而且沒有一次性杯子。都什麼年代了，一杯咖啡都這麼小氣啊，很多餐廳包括五星酒店，都鼓勵客人帶走一杯咖啡，這是一種美好的體驗。
其他都還行，感覺這是一個加盟店。希望我的感覺沒有錯。
但禮貌性給予4.5-5分好評，這年頭服務行業不容易，希望看到了能給予回覆。謝謝。

首先，房間隔音太差了… 大早上起來旁邊房間的孩子就來回亂跑，酒店不知道有沒有監控，也沒人制止
然後就是早上不到9點！有人退房就開始打掃衞生，打掃衞生阿姨就大聲説話，就再也沒睡着
其次就是設施，浴室門上的膠帶都快掉下來了，水都濺出來了
還有床頭的枱燈接觸不良，一閃一閃 後來直接關了
住了兩個晚上，第一個晚上四瓶水，第二天就兩瓶水，再要就給今麥郎的了？？

房間乾乾淨淨的，很明亮，住的時候前台的服務人員還幫忙搬行李，很熱情，還一點點教怎麼連接無線網絡，很滿意的服務

買了蛋糕，前台還有冰箱可以冷藏，真的很感謝，不然一晚上就壞掉了，停車場也是免費的，衞生和服務都很好，下次還會來

時隔一週，再次住這家酒店。前台小王一下子就認出了我，房間還是安排的跟上次一樣，很安靜。昨天早上離開酒店，今天上午發現有東西遺失在酒店地下車庫，我給前台打電話，恰好是小王接電話，她仔細問清情況，酒店派人找，今晚酒店又給我回覆信息。我覺得酒店服務人員這種對待客户，對待工作的態度值得點贊。酒店不僅僅有好的設施，還要有這樣的服務人員和服務精神，才是滿分。這家酒店值得去住。
