住過最離譜的一次體驗！！！最差的！ 前一晚住的很好，各方面都很乾凈，前台服務也很熱情，原房續住一晚，當天中午午休，突然被送餐機器人電話吵醒了，打給前台説明瞭情況，以為到此為止了。當晚凌晨一兩點突然又被電話吵醒，第一次電話送餐機器人， 因為太晚了不敢出門查看，打給前台説明情況，剛掛斷，電話繼續響鈴，接起來是忙音，一個人入住第一次遇到這種情況，很嚇人也很無奈和生氣。 好不容易睡著了，早上7點，隔壁房間兩個大人帶着三個孩子開始砰砰跳跳，開着房門説話，又給吵醒了。 中午，吃完飯回房間，續住的時候跟前台説的幫忙延遲到2點的房卡失效了，又來回下樓 做房卡。 送餐機器人很方便沒錯，但是夜間尤其凌晨後，可否加強管理， 比如 客人打電話給前台送餐 再讓機器人上樓， 直接讓外賣員送餐機器人不分時間的上去，遇到這種故意寫錯兩次房號的其他客人 怎麼維護入住的安寧？？？！！！

孩子因為中考住宿維也納酒店，房間每天過來打掃，洗漱用品每天補給，有洗衣房，餐廳很方便多日住宿，早餐還有七折代金券，早餐很豐富

房間面積不算太大，應該是原來標間的面積。主要是為了親子出行，家庭房很少見。衞生中規中矩，還可以。服務不錯，前台小姐姐態度很好
