室內毛巾又破又爛，發污發灰，味道有一股燒烤味兒。服務應再規範些，主動打招呼，與房客做好互動，體現軟實力，像漢庭，錦江之星等。

差評 !一宿沒睡好隔音差，前台帶眼鏡那女的苦瓜臉服務態度很差跟欠她家錢一樣，在這個設施都差不多的時代，能拼的也衹有服務了。前台服務最差的一家幹不了服務行業就別幹，這樣的服務態度，我想遲早要倒閉

金石附近找不到其他酒店，臨時落腳，衞生讓人有點尷尬，牆上都是膠水毛髮，沒有拍照，周圍有飯店，有個小型停車位，大概15個，套房這個房間是樓頭，不建議訂，因為面積也不大，還很熱，聯繫前台無法得到解決，因為衹有一間。沒有達到預期，追求性價比可以居住其他房型。

要求換床單被罩，還要磨磨嘰嘰説什麼布草沒人打掃，然後碰見打掃讓幫換下床的，然後説退下來的房還沒打掃完呢！晚點再説！然後第一天晚上讓送冰紅茶，樓下也沒人，就給送！帶着掃碼機上來掃碼！第二天讓送説得下樓掃碼！不給送！雙人間一個空調在頭上，睡覺時候滴水！空調上面很臟，續住後打掃房間，馬桶上依然留着尿漬！看見換枕套的內膽各種焦黃！浴巾擦身上發熱，而且老化！
