This hotel is fine, but to be honest, the check-in procedure for foreigners is way too long and intrusive. I've stayed at dozens of hotels in China and this is the first time I've been asked that many questions (COVID time included): What's the purpose of my stay, where do I live and work, what airline did I use to arrive in China (even though I have been living in China for almost three years) and what was the flight number, etc. This is not acceptable!

Wow I always enjoy my moment anytime I stay in this hotel, the staff are so helpful and kind to their customers… everything you wanna buy is close to the hotel. KFC and other places to relax and chill.

條件不好，床頭燈壞，房間昏暗，始終有煙味。樓層走道地毯下面坑窪不平。不推薦。

衹能給差評。從我們入住就開始不滿意了。首先我們辦入住手續大概有半個小時多點（後面還有人等着呢）。我知道外國人入住和大陸的人稍微麻煩一點，但是我從未等了這麼久。前台都打開錯誤的系統，然後還説我要填各種表，那我就寫英文，前台員説要寫中文，我説你們是酒店如果我是不會中文你怎麼辦？然後進了房間後，又老又不乾淨。然後床被子很薄，空調也有問題了。空調就是隨時關閉，造成房間不暖和，着涼了，還敢再晚上有這麼高的價格。這個價格100塊一個晚上都不合適，何況300多。真的非常非常差。我衹是因為石家莊外國人能住的酒店不多，我才選擇這家，但我再也不來，真的太差了，從環境到前台都不值得他們的價格。

房間夠大，乾淨利落！早餐品種很豐富，性價比高！地下停車場非常大，但是裏面沒有明確的指示牌，繞來揉去耗時十幾分鍾，才找到酒店電梯附近的車位！酒店位置優越交通方便，勒泰中心有許多餐廳，吃飯非常方便。

房間大很乾凈，早餐不錯可口舒服，來石出差經常住，市中心位置方便，前台服務很好。房間新裝修的設施設備全新，電視可以投屏。

每次去石家莊都會住這裏，非常好的酒店，設施、環境、服務水準都超出預期，房間設計非常合理，很寬敞，視野很好，關鍵服務人員很耐心，辦理入住時就贈送熱茶和熱水，房間也沒有異味，非常乾淨，有小冰箱和贈送的茶飲，安神茶非常好喝，服務人員走時還專門送了我很多，被感動到了，非常美好的入住體驗
