是複式的居室，兩個卧室，一個一層，一個二層，適合3至4人家庭或多人旅遊居住。樓上樓下兩個衞生間互不影響，一樓有廚房用具可以簡單熱個飯、做個飯，還是挺不錯的

廁所下水反味兒嚴重、空調噪音大、白色床單已經不是白色了…睡覺完全沒敢脱衣服、穿着外褲外衣睡的…

房間是複式小兩層，廚具碗碟比較齊全，基礎調料都有，抽油煙機舊，油大，像是沒怎麼清理過的。
衞生：樓下的廁所是乾濕分離，但是比較舊，還有小蟲子，沒敢洗澡，有着老舊小區特有的黴味
設施：電視還行，空調不錯，床比較硬，枕套被罩都有泛黃，如果介意的話要自己準備一次性的床上用品
環境：樓下有兩家便利店不錯，周圍還有一家北國
