大家還是慎重考慮，第一天住投影是壞的，打電話問，説沒辦法剛壞還沒有維修？？很好，第二天已經買了微信告訴我沒辦法確定，因為攜程價格沒改？？要漲一倍？那早幹嘛了不改價格就上，沒事，第三天我提前溝通了，詢問是否價格有改動，是否可以入住，能不能換個投影是好的，六點説可以，十點説沒房？？？大家還是慎重考慮吧，平台也控制一下，沒房子掛有空房，價格也可能買了之後告訴你要漲價

三點:①房間乾淨，但性價比低。不如多花10塊錢住一個好很多的房間。②房子一圈全是櫃子，全是孔，不好！尤其是床頭也進到衣櫃子裏去了。很不舒服。衣櫃門是拆下去的。③淋浴噴頭沒有架子，需要手持洗澡，長髮就更太方便了。頭一次遇到這種情況④房間裏沒有配兩瓶純凈水。哪怕配一瓶純凈水也行啊。

離着萬象城 新百很近 樓下就是羅森便利店，周邊交通、購物都特別方便

是在一棟商務公寓樓，房間位置不好找，隔壁是個紋身館，一屋子啥人呀都，大吵大叫，隔音不好，擔心人身安全，直接走人沒住

1、地處偏遠、交通不便，附近基礎設施以及商業配套嚴重不足，沒有早餐、食雜店、超市等鋪面；
2、人員流動性大，亂七八糟。
3、存在故意的強行惡意亂收費現象，住宿每天收取電費（每度電1元）。我住宿一夜累計消耗電費14元。
4、公寓內隔音效果極差，不間斷來人且男女混合居多，半夜至凌晨四點不間斷出現高分貝雜音。
5、早晨沒有值夜員工，沒辦法及時開發票和退還按金，再三催促扣除電費返回按金。且發票面額小於實際付款金額。為人為惡意所為，其一避税，其二損害顧客利益。

進門第一眼就被驚艷到了！簡直就是和圖片上描述的一模一樣！環境好也很衞生主要是裝修不錯，很温馨很適合拍照！！地理位置也很好，樓下就是小吃街，很熱鬧，走兩步就是新百和萬象城了。民宿設施也很完善，還有投影，就是一次性牙刷不知道怎麼回事有一個被開過了😅不過總體來説還是挺滿意的，已經推薦給身邊的朋友了！

地位位置蠻不錯的，下面就是新百廣場，附近小吃街很多，晚上夜景挺好的，從窗户往外看夜景很美，房子的位置也很好找，床很舒適，電視投屏蠻不錯的，什麼也能看。房間總體乾淨。
