The concierge of the hotel helped me take a taxi to mail the items. The service in the front office of the hotel is very professional. I will come back next time.

The hotel is in a good location, just outside the Xinbai Plaza subway station. Opposite is the pedestrian street and Vientiane City, which is convenient for eating pan noodles. It only takes a few subway stops and ten minutes to go to Hebei Museum and other attractions. The service and breakfast are also very good, a veritable five-star hotel. The disadvantage is that it took a long time to open and the facilities are a bit old.

The breakfast here is very rich and has Hebei characteristics. The girls at the front desk are very helpful. Staying at Century is a smart choice.

The hotel has an excellent location, next to the subway station, Wanli Temple Pedestrian Street, Liberation Square and shopping malls. Our two families went to play together, but we booked separate rooms on Ctrip. When checking in, the front desk told me that there were no rooms next to each other, so we could only ensure that they were on the same floor. I just want to say that the hotel agreed in the early stage that it was okay, but when it came time to check in, it was like this. 3. The shower water in the room we stayed in was particularly difficult to use and was very thin, but considering that it was too late, we didn’t go to the front desk again. Although when I checked out, I explained it to the lobby manager and he contacted the relevant personnel to check it out, but I want to say that my experience of staying that night was particularly bad. 4. Hotel breakfast, because the booked room includes breakfast for two and does not include children. When dining in the morning, the staff informed that children between 1.2 and 1.5 years old were half price, and children under 1.2 years old were free. They specifically asked if 1.2 was enough, and I said enough Yes, I need to pay half the price. I said yes. The staff took me to the front desk and asked me whether I should pay the room fee or pay it at the time. I said I should pay the room fee and wait until check-out, so we can go together. My friend, after asking about the cost, I found out that the children’s breakfast is included in the room rate at the adult price. I thought, what if I just returned the room card and left without asking? Then the lobby manager told me that they still needed to verify with the restaurant, but the phone call couldn't get through. A few of us stood nearby waiting for them to contact us. I informed the lobby manager that we were just two people and a family of three.
