前台態度太差，電腦配置太低，空調性能太爛，以後不會再來。我兩次都是微笑溝通，結果前台説話一直咄咄逼人。怎麼了，感冒就是大爺了？三人間沒有了是你們管理的問題，沒有經過任何溝通就給我開了個五人間，開了五人間大家都很開心，結果前台的態度好像感覺給我開了個五人間我得給他磕兩個響頭謝謝他？我們朋友五個好久沒見，本來人家小兩口訂了別的酒店，來我們這坐坐就走的，一開門發現五台電腦高興壞了，大家準備一起再玩一會，結果有一台電腦是壞的，特別敗興。我第一次去溝通，能用就用，不能用就不能用，跟我説能用，説也許就是線的問題，他感冒了懶的修，我回去擺弄半天不行。第二次去溝通，我自己情緒也很不好，但我還是微笑溝通，禮貌説話，結果這前台咄咄逼人，説的話*****，給我氣的不行，就算如此我也沒有放下我的禮儀，嘗試進一步的溝通，但是這前台就覺得自己感冒了就是大爺，覺得給我們開了五人間就該給他三叩九拜謝謝他。真是可憐，感冒了都像個**，不知道平時是如何的**。另外電腦配置太低了，加載遊戲加載一年，屏幕也小的可憐，色彩也泛白。空調性能也不好，怎麼開怎麼冷。總之，房間配置差勁就算了，這前台是真給我氣夠嗆，反正我自己以後不會再來，我的朋友以後也不會來，以前住的都挺好也都願意來，好印象給給一個前台毀了。
