Stains on bedsheets, self service wending machine for condoms right next to the bed doesn’t feel nice (on a business trip - it’s not a *******).

This is my second time to stay at this hotel I’m always amazed by the service quality offered by the team. The location is close tho the subway and shopping center. I would recommend this hotel to everyone willing to visit the city.

Very clean and spacious room, just like on the pictures. Extremely close to the mall and the check in lady is very polite and efficient.

Counter manager was very nice and friendly, but there were really no additional services beyond checkin. This is likely because the hotel is more of an apartment. Location is great.

The "good room" reserved by the hotel faces west and is extremely hot, but fortunately it is on a high floor and is quieter.
I didn't ask for cleaning on the second night. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't too dirty. We used our own paper products. But I didn't expect that I didn't get a bottle of water when I asked for it at the front desk. I was shocked.
It's like you want to make things convenient for others, but they treat you as a business. You are polite to others, and it's their duty not to give you anything. It's a wrong reward after all.
