The receptionist is not friendly. She asked the important document - passport to keep at lobby for her to process, then only return to us. Which is totally not acceptable by us as foreigner

Due to heavy snow, the train was delayed, so the family changed their tickets! We decided to stay at Huatan for one night. The front desk directly upgraded the two rooms to two suites, which was a pleasant surprise! The breakfast variety is enough, and the chef's homemade wontons are good!
