位置明顯，很好找，旁邊就有停車場很方便，房間大小適中，窗户寬敞明亮，傢俱齊全，服務人員服務很熱情衞生超級很乾凈，床墊軟硬合適，設施齊全。房間電話中斷了一下，服務人員的態度也非常好，馬上幫我們來解決問題。對於顧客的反映很在乎，值得體驗

因為去河南醫科大學第一醫院就醫，就選擇這家較近的酒店，因為在正定機場住過七天優品，感覺非常好，所以毫不猶豫選擇這家，但是大失所望，環境極差，走廊充斥樓下飯店油煙味，牆上都被吐痰，卻不清理，總之大家選擇謹慎吧

這個酒店的房間內油煙味很重，很嗆人。樓道里也是。住兩天停四次電。空調取暖，有的房間外機聲音很大。睡眠輕的要注意！希望給後來者一個提醒吧！大家自己考量！

環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員熱情，樂於提供各種幫助。
酒店房間寬闊，熱水充足，電視採用高清液晶，晚上睡不着時可以享受私人影院一樣的視覺效果。
設施先進，房間衞生乾淨，落地窗可以欣賞整個城市的夜景，床鋪舒適，是一次非常不錯的入住體驗。
位於市中心地段，大堂裝修豪華，服務員熱情周到，是一個值得推薦的酒店。

位置離萬達挺近的 火車頭步行街很好逛 環境還可以 但是隔音真的好差啊 都能聽見隔壁説話的聲音 快到退房的時間就感覺保潔一直推車在門口轉 但是離十二點明明還有一個多小時 後來故意大聲説話外面就沒動靜了 也許是巧合吧
