房間硬件一如既往的如家水準就不多説了，但是這次服務可以給0分。圖為早上八點半去餐廳“搶”到的早餐，所有食盤都是空的。食物是空的也罷了，連夾食物的夾子也都沒有。新上一盤油條，我還在找拿什麼夾，旁邊餓急了的人已經七手八腳徒手把一盤油條分光。早上在前台也聽到其他客人抱怨早餐問題，答曰五一假期人多。但你們是新開張第一次過節假日嗎？五一假期都第三天了，節假日就沒點特殊應對嗎？五一房間漲價的同時不想想怎麼保證服務嗎？除了餐廳，停車場的保安也挺奇葩。我晚上回來門前沒有車位了，我把車停在旁邊通道。一個保安出來警惕的看着我，問我幹嗎？ 我無語，來酒店自然是住店了還能幹嘛。問完也不見給指引一下去哪停車就走了。好像衹是出來看看我是不是壞人。住如家多年了一直印象不錯，還第一次遇上這種情況，希望你們不要把如家的牌子砸了
