偶然出差選擇入住樂家酒店，進大堂滿滿高級感，進入房間更是沒讓我失望，真的非常舒適，前台YM服務棒棒的，免費升級了房間，客房服務員也是熱情解答各種問題，地下還有免費停車場，下次出差還會選擇這家酒店，推薦大家來

房間衞生乾淨整潔，衞生打掃及時，員工熱情有禮貌，一點也不摻假，設施設備齊全，還有免費停車場入口非常好找，周邊環境很好，價格實惠，前台服務人員熱情周到，非常滿意，樓下還有 24 小時營業的飯店和葯房，周邊配套齊全，值得推薦出差朋友入住[強]

不要去不要去不要去！同價位比它好的多了去了千萬不要去當沙比！
我當了一回沙比忍着沒退房就是為了把這個評價寫出來！
公司距離這個酒店八百米不到原以為西美在石家莊算是品牌，好吧，我是沙比我認了
隔音一般，空間還可以，下午六點到店進房間一股煙味。這個點房間還有煙味那就不是保潔的問題了，酒店經理自罰一月獎金都不為過。洗漱用品是最差的，浴巾都是一次性的，除了節約成本沒有任何理由可講。就這種房間敢要價近兩百，要麼是你們西美這招牌值錢要麼我是沙比！客房經理説整個八樓都是這樣我就明白了，這就是網絡**版，專門把顧客當沙比的！
這種酒店就不是搞服務的從前台的態度就能看出來，前台衹有一個收銀功能，以前供銷社的賣東西的知道吧，就那樣！我都想去那邊當皇帝了
哦，圖片裏那種蟲子看過吧。就當是我從外面抓進來放上去的吧！
放心我不會第二次當沙比，也不會讓我認識的和公司的人去當沙比。

酒店位置很好，附近有大型超市，離裕華萬達也很近購物方便。酒店設施設備齊全，免費的健身房和洗衣房。房間衞生乾淨，洗護很好用，房間巾類是一次性的，用的更安心，性價比高，服務人員熱情周到，值得推薦。

房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，周邊環境配套齊全，前台接待客人服務熱情周到，客房大姐服務態度非常不錯👍，有需求客用品第一時間送達，非常感謝本樓層的服務人員，入住期間本人喝水量較多，還在做衞生時多給補充好幾瓶，直接滿意到我的心坎上了，非常滿意必須五星好評，推薦出差的朋友們可以入住體驗❤️

入住酒店總體很滿意，位置好，周圍飯館很多。美事非常豐富，出行去哪裡都很方便。讓我覺糟心的，就是床上鋪的小床單，背面全是不知名毛髮！！！很噁心的那種！如圖所示！建議如果沒時間清洗就不要鋪什麼小床單，這樣省事也乾淨一些。
