酒店各方面都非常滿意，不管是衞生、設施、周邊環境都是不錯的，特別是工作人員很熱情，剛入住時前台美女幫我解決了一些小問題，第二天還辦理了延遲退房。總之給人一種家的感覺，給我們這次旅遊增加了熱度。

我們是晚上快12點才入住的，雖然已經很晚了，但是前台小姐姐笑臉相迎，温柔的的接待我們，在寒冷的冬夜還給了我們熱熱的礦泉水，讓我們開了一天車的疲憊瞬間消失了很多，住宿條件也不錯，乾淨衞生，性比價很高啊，值得推薦哦

石家莊旅遊或者中轉的朋友可以看看這個漢庭，離車站近，也很方便。房間內的設計是我見過的漢庭裏最巧妙而且合理的，衞生自然不用擔心。至於投訴服務的差評，我覺得那是最不用擔心的，畢竟是來過夜，不是當爺的。你以什麼姿態對待別人，別人自然會以什麼樣的態度回敬你。至少我接觸到的前台，保潔人員，都是微笑打招呼的，服務上沒有任何問題。
