The four-star hotel closest to HKUST. The service is very good. The room is also very clean and quiet. I called in advance to find out what time I would arrive. They were provided with ventilation and welcome fruits in advance. There were only two charging stations to help with slow charging, but we would try our best. Helped with coordination, and it was free of charge. All the breakfast items were provided. All the service staff were very nice and even gave hand cream before leaving. I forgot to take photos of the hotel. Like the photos in other reviews, it is clean and warm.

先説優點，酒店很新，2024年剛建好投入使用。房間也很大，服務也熱情，早餐豐盛。再説不足待改進，服務上還需要提高。酒店停車位置少，進門也沒有保安開門，還需要下車聯繫前台服務員來開門。還有個問題，酒店位於南二環外，樓下正在建地鐵施工。

所以都超級衞生，超級好，服務也特別到位，早飯也很好吃，最後走的時候會送台曆，因為拿的東西太多了就沒拿，點外賣都是機器人送的，房間裏小度智能音箱，裏面鎖有兩個，一個就是門鎖，另一個是掛是去防盜的那種的。可以看圖，沒有刻意拍酒店裡，都是當時拍下的

如家旗下高端親民酒店～第一次是在西安住的，房間服務非常好，所以現在出門就選擇璞隱～這家酒店服務也超級好，提前給我打電話確認時間，準備了入住水果，我無意問了一句能車充電嗎，然後到了酒店入住後還特意給我打電話問我還充嗎，給我找了一個充電車位，第二天早點，服務人員主動老遠就微笑打招呼，看着就喜慶開心，孩子想吃雞蛋羹結果沒有了，人家特意又去現蒸送過來的～真的 比我住過其他五星級酒店要感覺温暖多了～推薦～不是拖是真實感受！超五星好評！

酒店很新但沒有異味。房間床品很舒服，也很暖和。前台熱心禮貌，幫助指揮協調停車位。酒店很安全，需要刷卡上電梯。早餐豐富且適口。走的時候耳機落在酒店了。前台很細心，很快主動聯繫了我並給郵寄了回來。
