HanTing Hotel (Shijiazhuang Zhaiying South Avenue First Hospital of Medical University)

First of all, I think their employees are all interns and basically have no work experience. Secondly, their fees seem quite high in Shijiazhuang. Thirdly, their management never showed up from beginning to end. I think this is a very unprofessional thing to do. My check-in experience was very bad. When I checked in, I made it very clear what kind of service I needed and where I needed to be located. It seemed that their interns were not trained, and the management didn't know where to go. There was no service or solution throughout the whole process. I think everyone should avoid this hotel in the future. The experience was very bad and very unprofessional. Oh, the sound insulation is very poor and the service is not up to standard. I don't recommend it.

Facilities: Extremely poor Cleanliness: The soundproofing is also terrible. I could hear the snoring of the neighbor next door. I checked out late at night at the front desk, and without saying anything, they just said, "I can't refund my money. Did I ask you to refund my money?" They just said it without me saying anything. Their service was so poor I can't understand it. If I could give it a 0, I would give it a 0. I come to this hotel to spend money, not to be bullied!!!!!

漢庭真的太讓我驚喜了！房間佈置很温馨，採光極佳，住起來超舒服。床軟硬適中，晚上睡得超香。服務更是沒得説，工作人員熱情又周到，有求必應。酒店設施也很齊全，早餐種類豐富，營養又美味。強烈推薦給大家！

酒店的地理位置非常的方便，往南走是有一個翟營網紅夜市一條街，還有信譽樓和北國商城購物特別方便。然後酒店再往北走的話是醫大一院還有一個春天廣場。前台的服務人員服務也特別好，房間裏特別的乾淨，下次來住我還會來這個酒店，非常值得推薦。

房間很乾凈 本來我們點的酒店是部分無荒窗 但是前台貼心的給找了有窗户的房間 升了房間 前台服務很好 6.1日下午1:30入住的 當時辦理入住的一個姐特別好 沒戴眼鏡 態度很好 而且很耐心 應該是她幫忙簽收了茉莉花很貼心 而且前台有冰箱可以放蛋糕之類的 下次有機會還來入住 就是3號上午走的時候不是她值得班 沒來得及説謝謝（樓下底商是魏家涼皮 很好吃的）
