首先我覺得他們的員工都是實習生，基本上沒有任何工作經驗，其次他們的收費在石家莊看來我覺得是不低的，再次他們的管理層自始至終都沒有出現。我覺得這是一個很不專業的事情。我的入住體驗非常差，在我入住的時候我説的很清楚我需要什麼樣的服務，我需要哪個位置，他們的實習生都好像沒有經過培訓啊，然後管理層不知道在哪裡。全程都沒有服務和解決，我覺得大家以後入住這家酒店還是要避開哦，體驗非常差，非常的不專業。噢，隔音很差，服務也不到位啊，不推薦。

和朋友一起出行住的這家酒店，酒店周邊很便利，前台服務熱情，房間乾淨，電視也可以投屏，房間還配備了茶包和便捷式咖啡，下次出行還過來入住。

服務很好，前台服務人員很貼心，感謝你們的陪伴！
這次入住，體驗超棒！房間整潔舒適，前台非常熱情，茶水隨時來都是熱的，還有糖果可以吃。還給送了個小禮物 下次還會選擇這個酒店

我就沒住過隔音這麼差的房間，早上阿姨打掃隔壁的聲音巨大，像是在我床邊拖地，知道酒店都隔音一般，但是這個真的是太太太差了，一點聲音容易醒的別定！！
前台服務態度也一般
一進浴室就能看見之前留下的長頭髮粘在牆上。

酒店比較乾淨整潔，前台姐姐很熱情，人很好啊，衹是房間隔音效果不太好，被隔壁吵的睡不着，好在有房間又給調房了，雖然有點不愉快的小插曲，但總的來説還不錯，給前台姐姐們💯分
