Environment: Because I need a quiet sleeping environment, I chose a room without a street window, but only a window in the patio, which is very quiet overall. Because it is newly renovated, an air purifier is also provided in the room to remove formaldehyde. I like the lights on the open clothes hanging area in the room very much. There are automatic curtains and automatic toilets in the room. Another detail is that I haven't lived in a hotel for a long time. But there are still a lot of hair, fur and dust on the mirror and the floor of the bathroom! What I don’t understand is, don’t they do the most basic hygiene every time they clean? ? There are other people’s yogurt straws in the small refrigerator in the room! ! The nightgown is pilling everywhere! Is this still Atour? And is it the newly opened Atour in 2024? The smell of the decoration in the room is so strong that it smells disgusting! I opened the window and left the curtains slit for ventilation, and I barely slept for a night! ! The front desk boy was very polite in solving the problem and actively changed the room, but the hygiene was really bad! After the staff cleaned up, shouldn't the management check the room? It was so dirty that it was visible to the naked eye! This shows that there is no responsible cleaning and management staff!
