Asked someone to sign up for membership, but they said they would return the money, but they didn't. They said membership was cheaper, but it was not as cheap as Ctrip. There was a lot of noise in the morning.

I've stayed in many Four Seasons hotels, but this one was special. I booked the same room for two nights in two reservations. When I checked in, both nights were already booked, but I had to add room cards for two days. Not only did I have to swipe the room cards for two days, I also had to go to the front desk before 12 noon the next day to swipe the room cards. Can't you just use the room card for two days or just swipe the room card when I wake up the next day? ? Are you doing training? ? Is your brain cramping and you can't think straight? ? ? ***Rubbish
