不怎麼愉快了一次入住！上樓需要門禁卡，擺放位置和告知位置不一樣，找了很長時間！找不到時發訊息客服回覆不及時，很焦急！好不容易找到門禁卡，又因為物業欠費門禁卡用不了…最後等半天物業來刷卡才上去！當時很疲憊了，進屋一看沒打掃…又聯繫保潔打掃…客服説可以贈送延時，我這邊一大早就會退房，所以告知不用延時，看是否申請一些優惠…退房後無人聯繫！入住四天一直有個花生豆大的蒼蠅在屋裡亂飛！！！不是非退錢或怎樣，最後也沒個態度…
