The hotel has a good environment, large space, super good service, fast elevator operation, and a shopping mall with shopping and dining next to it. The hotel is fully equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, electric iron, and gym. Every time I come to Shijiazhuang, I stay at the Aloft Hotel and I can rest assured to stay there.

First of all, the historical value of the hotel itself is worth 100 points. The room environment and hygiene are particularly good, and the staff are also very enthusiastic. A family of four with children booked two rooms with bathtubs, and the family was very happy. Two small suggestions 1. The facilities in the room are very complete and very good, but it is recommended to place them together. There are two bedside tables + a sofa and small coffee table in the room, which are filled with hotel items. There is no place to order takeaway for the children. It’s very inconvenient to have no place to put it; 2. The breakfast is also perfectly prepared. There are three options: Chinese, American and British. We chose two from the British and the American. First of all, the dining environment is very good. Then let’s talk about the flaws. The bacon used is particularly bad. It's synthetic meat, the butter is so hard that you can't even handle it, and the other items are also average, which really adds to the hotel's residential feel. The waiter probably doesn't know much about Western food. The tableware he prepared was chopsticks, and he only gave one after asking for it. If you only have a fork to complete it later, I personally recommend keeping only Chinese food or + French food (eating American food in a French-style building is very awkward). Breakfast does not need to be large, exquisiteness and quality are important. The overall feeling is very good. The environment and service are completely worthy of the price of this hotel. It is very affordable. Especially since I am completely familiar with the history of this city through this stay, it is worth recommending to friends from out of town.

I had a wonderful stay at Henan Plaza Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions and transportation options. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the high-quality service, as well as the delicious breakfast options. Overall, Henan Plaza Hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

Excellent location, 2 big shopping malls just opposite the Hotel, MRT, airport shuttle also just near by. The food street is nice too, and a lot varieties to choose. Staff offered a free room upgrade just because of the spoiled TV.
