It seems that there was some misunderstanding in the booking as we booked for Main Building Standard Garden View Semi Western-Style Room but hotel was told that we booked for Standard futon room. I explained that both my companions are able to sleep on the floor, the staff thus made some arrangements and provided us a room with 3 beds. We loved the delicious dinner and onsen, not forgetting many helpful and friendly staff.

Good location! good service! The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the dinner is very good. The rooms are comfortable and the upper floors face the lake. There is a free foot soup, facing the lake view, good!
