第一次出差新疆石河子，選擇漢庭，印象深刻的除了新疆的美食美景，更是新疆熱情的人文，因出差較匆忙，忘記攜帶部分衣物，感謝保潔阿姨檢查時候的細心與微信名阿俊（名字忘記問了）的小姐姐及時通知，並貼心幫忙郵寄，讓我感受到專業與熱情，非常滿意的一次體驗，為漢庭點贊！

確實是比較老舊的酒店，斑駁的衣架印證了歲月的痕跡，樓下保安大叔不錯，幫忙拉行李，幫忙開門，房間挺安靜，雖然臨街但基本不吵，早餐也還可以，就是整體還是難掩老舊。

房間乾淨衞生，很大，中式風格，非常舒適放鬆，價格親民，物超所值，早餐豐富。旁邊的餐館麪點挺好吃的。工作人員辦理入住很快。

出差，第一次來石河子，晚上到的，開了一天車，本來很疲憊，但是到達漢庭酒店後，我被震驚了，首先寬敞的停車場就讓我們好評+1了，再進入酒店，乾淨整潔的大廳讓陰霾的心情瞬間煙消雲散，好評又+1，辦理入住時前台小姐姐那燦爛又美好的笑容讓我對石河子的印象又繼續好評+1，到了房間，豪華雙人床很大，咱們真是託了新疆的福，地大物博，房間又大又乾淨，為新疆打call，好評持續+1，洗漱完躺在床上，床墊舒服，被套乾淨，關鍵枕頭還是一個乳膠一個高枕，細節全部拉滿，咱們也必須好評+1.好評拉滿，回想我出差的這些日子，一個城市與一個城市之間總是停留的時間不多，經常晚上到，中午走，沒辦法去領略每個城市的美好，但是這次在石河子的漢庭酒店，我能切實感受到那份美好感覺，那份由酒店折射出來的屬於這座城市的美麗，感謝你們為我的記憶留了一份獨屬石河子的美好，感謝昨晚為我們辦理入住的小姐姐，早餐很好吃，謝謝（^.^）

房間有新有舊，建議全部裝修換新吧，否則舊的風格就像招待所。好在是前台大堂經理態度很好，否則當晚我就要暴躁了。因為房間煙味不小。

這個酒店的服務太差，我在攜程上預訂了酒店，預訂的時候就是多了幾十塊錢訂的含早餐的，到了酒店告訴我説攜程沒推給酒店，酒店不負責這個，我告知了，還説讓我投訴攜程。雖然之後給我很快解決了，我認為也是攜程給我解決的，但對酒店的服務我還是非常非常不滿意。什麼叫你應該投訴攜程，我衹能如實給酒店服務差評，如果酒店與平台之間有糾紛那麼不應該是消費者去靠投訴解決問題，我認為遇有這種情況，就應該是酒店與攜程積極溝通確認，而不是什麼都不管。既然你酒店對攜程這麼不滿，那你可以不在攜程平台呀？！把矛盾推給顧客消費者，這是什麼服務，依靠被投訴來解決問題，這是什麼服務理念？
