I have come to Shihezi for the third time and have stayed in many hotels. This hotel is really fine except for the old one. The price is super high! The room is large, if it can be refurbished, it is definitely the most awesome hotel in Shihezi!

硬件設施不錯，但軟件服務相當一般。前台接待還不錯，服務的3分全是給前台的，其他的服務全部0分。1，早上人還客房呢，敲完門直接開門進來了，問要不要打掃，敲門衹敲一遍，且開門和敲門之間都沒等待時間。何況怎麼能直接開門進！！ 2，早飯種類基本沒得選，熱菜2個，涼菜2個，蒸類滿共也2個，還有3種蛋，基本就再沒其他吃的了，緊湊一點，一張4人餐桌都能擺的下，這哪是自助早餐，連選的地都沒有。服務也是賊怪，進來一帥哥，估計早上還沒洗頭，穿的連帽衞衣，把帽子帶頭上了。帥哥前腳進門，經理後腳就問咋這造型，人沒理他，追着要求人家，把帽子取了，嫌人家奇裝異服。帶個帽子咋就奇裝異服了？你是酒店，不是學校，你是做服務的，不是人家爹媽，不是人老師。管的還寬的不行，我都擔心小哥尷尬，裏面低頭裝做玩手機，什麼都沒看見。也是欺負人家年輕，要是換我們這種老社會，早就跟她懟起來了。
