定的豪華三人套間，體驗很不好，30幾度的天氣，沒有熱水，反覆溝通，多次假稱已維修好，實際是到我們第二天早上離店，都沒熱水。晚上22：42，電話前台，沒熱水，前台放得出來，有熱水，時間稍微要久點。不應該沒有熱水。回覆是：找人上來看看。結果：等了十多分鐘，我們同住的有人下樓，服務人員告訴她：是泵有點問題，已修好了。我們又等了十分鐘，還是放不出熱水。晚上23點又打電話，服務員先問，師傅來看沒？問急了，就説，還在弄，最後説另外拿張房間的卡，讓我們過去洗。晚上23點10分沒有人拿來房卡，又打電話催。過會有人拿了張卡上來，然後打開那間房，一樣沒有熱水！拿卡來的服務員讓等等，他們在修。——也就是説，不是一間房有問題，拿張房卡來，他們知道其實也沒有用，就緩兵之計！最後，12點，我們衹有一身臭汗的睡了。第二天早上，打龍頭，還是沒有熱水。退房時，服務員又説，熱水修好了。我説剛開了，還是沒有熱水！他又語塞了，説可能還要等一會兒。老闆説給20元補償，沒有同意，真實直評。
