看的出來是一家有歷史的飯店，因為是週六的關係，我訂的單價有點高，但比較東京的飯店，我就釋懷了，這家溫泉飯店是全日式的，早晚餐都是，若想喝咖啡有自動販賣機，房間及溫泉都感覺的到有新整理過，只有大廳有歷史的痕跡

温泉やサウナなど設備が整っていてとても満足しました。お料理もおいしく量も多く良かったです。
ただお部屋にお布団を準備の際にテーブルなどの片づけ方が残念でした。
バックの中身が散乱するほど雑にされていました。
それ以外はサービスも良かったので非常に残念です...

ツアーで利用しましたが、石段街に行くには町バスを利用する事をお勧めします。そうでないと急な坂道を結構歩かなければいけません。宿泊した部屋は和室でしたが、清潔に保たれていてゆっくりと休む事が出来ました。食事の面においても多くの宿がバイキング形式を採用していますが、この宿は懐石料理ですので、席を何度も立つことも無く、ゆっくりと食事が出来有難く感じました。

正直、如心の里ひびき野は館内もだいぶ古く宿泊値段も合わないと思います。申し訳ないのですが簡単に例えると旅館ではなく学生が宿泊する合宿所でした。特別室で離れに宿泊しましたがホームページの写真とは異なる古さ、設備の昭和で三面鏡は夜怖くて寝れません。実際に宿泊した人ならわかる思いますが、食事も内容は詳しく書きませんが正直、酷いです。飲み物のグラスも酒屋から貰った粗品で苦笑してしまいました。 温泉の脱衣所も浴室も全て合宿所です、がっかりすぎて話になりませんでした。 何しろ、従業員が半分以上外国の方ですので苦情もいい辛く本当に最低な旅行になりました。何しろ宣伝している全ての広告を最新にした方が良いと思います。

以前日帰り温泉で訪れて、今回宿泊に至りました。大浴場も露天風呂も快適で満足しました。客室も清潔に保たれアメニティ面も中々工夫されていると思います。食事も美味しく頂けました。コロナ禍の事もあり、接客面で少々人員不足感が否めませんが、それでも満足でした。

従業員さんの対応はとても丁寧で心地よく感じました。料理も美味しくいただけましたが、もう少しボリュームがほしいところです。
残念なところはお部屋のアメニティが少ない点とトイレの換気扇が故障していたので、設備についてはもう少し注意してほしいです。
