This is a very historic inn that was founded in the Taisho era and is located within easy reach of Ishidangai. Koganeyu is very pleasant, especially Ninoyu, which is 1m deep and it was my first experience, so it was very warm. I booked a room in the main building, and the toilets and other plumbing areas had been renovated, making it very clean and comfortable. However, most of the dishes served at the restaurant were already arranged on the table, and there was no explanation from the waiter. As for the tempura, I couldn't eat the ``Lotus Lotus Shrimp'' because it had a bad smell and seemed to be spoiled, perhaps because it was a rotten ingredient. I asked them to lower the amount for the whole family, but there was no explanation or answer as to whether it was damaged or not. This dinner incident ruined this trip. I have written many reviews so far, but I have never had an experience like this before, and I am very sorry to write such a review. It was a ryokan that I had high expectations for, so I wish they had given a more detailed explanation.
