帶着家人來施秉玩，住了兩晚，整體感覺很踏實、舒心。 我們訂了兩間大床房，房間空間佈局合理，帶孩子住也不會覺得擁擠。前台看到我們有小孩，主動多給了一套洗漱用品和毛巾，很周到。床單被套看得出是新換洗的，聞着沒有異味，帶着孩子住特別在意這個，這裏做得很好。入住後發現房間的燒水壺有點問題，打電話給前台，不到5分鐘就送了個新的上來，響應速度很快，這點值得表揚。晚上睡覺很安靜，沒被走廊或者其他房間的聲音打擾，家人都休息得不錯。停車也非常便利，有私人的停車場，距離酒店不遠。前台服務態度很好，給我們説了去杉木河的注意事項以及附近好吃的美食。還可以免費寄存行李

這次來施秉就是為了玩杉木河漂流，酒店離杉木河景區非常近，省去了很多路上的奔波。而且，樓下就有自助販賣機，半夜想喝飲料或買點泡麪超級方便！旁邊還有燒烤攤，晚上玩回來想吃點宵夜，走幾步路就到了，煙火氣十足。機器人送物挺好玩的，第一次在縣城酒店看到有機器人服務，需要多要洗漱用品或者毛巾什麼的，前台會讓小機器人送上來，孩子覺得特別新奇好玩，大人也覺得挺方便高效的（尤其是晚上不想下樓的時候），老闆娘態度熱情，諮詢去杉木河的事項和周邊吃飯的地方，回答都很耐心、詳細。入住和退房手續辦理也很快。

這次來施秉遊玩，整體體驗非常滿意！酒店位置很好找，就在杉木河杉木河景區附近，交通都比較方便。 房間雖然不算特別大，但收拾得非常乾淨，床品、衞生間都清爽，沒有異味，這點讓人住得很放心。前台的工作人員態度特別好，辦理入住很利索。我們諮詢去杉木河的路線和注意事項，她們很耐心地給了建議，還主動提出幫我們寄存行李，很貼心在這個價位段100-200能在旅遊季節住到這樣乾淨、舒適、服務好的酒店，感覺物有所值。（不是託！不是託！不是託！）

乾淨衞生，進屋就智能設備自動幫助關閉窗簾打開燈與電視機，拖鞋也收納得較衞生，提供了小童牙具；附近不遠有吃的。施秉景色優美。

之前我們離店都是可以在下午1點40多快2點，這次被提醒3次1點必須走，我甚至説的，給好評+曬房間圖可不可以1點四十多走，明確回答我就算好評+曬圖也不可以，，，，體驗感差了，以後不會再去
