1.這麼大的房間，居然不能加床，真的很無語
2.不知道怎麼設計的，這個地方基本都是親子出行，非要整個圓床，我和老公一人一邊，孩子睡中間，我和老公腿都是懸在床外
3.八百的房間，早餐非常單一，還沒有我們住全季的早餐好
總之，性價比巨低，不推薦住這個酒店，去了才知道旁邊還有幾家民宿，下樓就是河，十分方便，性價比還高。

房間真的太臟了，地毯上到處都是頭髮污漬，窗户上不知道是哪位房客貼的防蚊貼也沒有打掃到，洗手池裡麪也有污漬，陽台上很多死掉的蚊子和一些黃色的不知名的東西，房費這麼貴，衞生還是搞乾淨一點吧，

房間寬敞舒適，設施新，智能小度管理空調、窗簾、電視很方便。所在位置也很方便，樓下河畔人家的飯菜做得很好吃（衹是上菜很慢），但也肯定不是預製菜。住在這裏吃、玩、行都挺方便的，適合帶家人渡假

酒店地理位置就就在景區內，酒店樓下就有一條清澈的河流，暑期帶小孩和家裡人去的，很多小孩在河流裏玩水，小朋友玩的很高興！酒店設施基本都有，早餐較簡單，但是早餐的粉面不錯！

不開空調會有股潮味
服務一般般，我們中午到的，下雨漲水，幾次詢問明天能不能退水可不可以漂流，前台裝不知道，期間有個服務員説要幾天才能退水…晚上又説他們不知道，沒有經驗
本來定這個酒店是為了夜漂，下雨了，所有設施都關了。
酒店推薦的餐館，點菜算價格也是隨手能漲價，
酒店衹提供兩瓶礦泉水，這種極端天氣下，礦泉水都不能多給兩瓶
如果真被困在這個地方，想想很恐怖….

酒店有電梯，在杉木河旁邊，因為是枯水期，沒有遊客，車子停負一樓平台，坐電梯到1F大堂辦理入住手續，房間很大，乾濕分區，智能聲控，站在陽台可以眺望河谷風景
