This is a comfy motel, the beds are comfy and the rooms are nice, the location is near a couple of food places and a gas station is right next door, its quiet at times which is nice, the value is nice, the service is amazing and good, the cleaniness is quite nice, i quite liked it, and the amenities are nice, the channels are quite nice, with a lot of sports channels which is quite nice for sports lovers

The courtesy of the staff during this transition to new ownership has been amazingly comfortable. Property is secured with cameras. Haven't had any issues. Temporary home, reasonable. Everyone has their own opinion. Remember that. God bless Texas

We really enjoyed the service of the staff, would recommend it for the cleanness and helpfulness of all the staff as stated above. Would definitely be back. Would like to say thank you for an amazing Stay with you.

Nasty place. Nasty at reception. Should have known better, but was tired. I paid for the night, but did not stay and did not receive a refund (20 minute policy stamped on receipt). Had to drive to Bonham to get decent lodging. Was not cool.

I moved out.First my rent went from $750 a month to $850.Then the following month,it went to $260 a week.They said I had to move every week to a different room.I stayed 1 week in a real dump room.I would recommend it to my worse enemies.The city of Sherman towed both of my cars and even tagged someone's new car.They suck too

My electric went out last night.I waited for something to be done after going to the office.I went back and they gave me a room where the heater felt like the a/c running.I stayed afew hours then told them it wasn't working.They sent me back to my room.It's now after 9 a.m..Still no electricity.It was freezing out last night.My floors will probably buckle from water from the refrigerator My stuff is wet. No coffee in the morning and I had to stand in the cold at the office window to get the key for the other room and report this.
