My husband and I stayed here with another couple for just one night back in September 2023 (I’m a bit late with this review) . We were taking a trip on one of the steam train adventures (gin train) in town and wanted somewhere to rest our heads overnight. My husband and I stayed in the room on the ground floor next to the front door. It’s an exceptionally large room with a simply enormous bathroom! We slept well. Breakfast was made to order and taken in the dining room. We had a table for four for us and our friends. Everything about breakfast was perfect. We had absolutely no complaints and greatly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely one night stay at this B&B near Cromer. Super friendly host and a good well-cooked breakfast. The room was comfortable but could do with blackout curtains or blinds. Bathroom a little dated but everything was clean and they know what they are doing to give you a good stay.

We were hiking the north Norfolk Coastal Path. Great stay here and very convenient. Nice welcome and great nights sleep. Lovely breakfast. Thanks Jacquie for a hassle free quiet and lovely stay. Award winning Indian restaurant “Labour” just down the road. First class and very happy thanks.

Perfect stay at this beautiful place. A warm welcome from the owners. Room was very comfortable, bed, pillows soft. Large fluffy towels. .lots of extras, showing how much thought has gone into the B&B. Breakfast was delicious. A short walk from town & beach, (with parking too.)Hope to return soon.

Unfortunately due to illness the night before our stay we were unable to go. I called early and left a message to let them know and emailed. I was told the booking conditions state no refund so even though it was out of season and they had availability 2 weeks later I was unable to reschedule. So just beware if you book through a third party and are unwell you will get no refund or rescheduling option. Very disappointing.

This is a great place to stay. We had off road parking, the property is a short walk into Sheeringham. The couple running the place are very welcoming and informative, lots of information on local things available We had a very large room, with ac omfortable bed and a huge bathroom, with extra cupboard space The breakfasts were excellent, a full English with superb bacon and excellent baked beans This was a trully excpetional experience

We had two nights at this property, never having stayed there before, we were pleased that there is parking, and with the very friendly welcome we received from Jacqui. When we were shown our room (the blakeney) we were delighted with how clean and attractive it was. We found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had to be ordered the night before, but this cuts down on waste so we have no problem with this. The smoked salmon and scramnled eggs and the full english beakfast were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. We would defintiely stay at this lovely friendly and comfortable place again

I had very high expectations of this place based on the *********** rating and reviewers comments (both on *********** and trip advisor). When I arrived and was shown to the room my heart sank. It was not a pleasant room and the bathroom was just awful. Everything in the bathroom was in a state of disrepair, so much so that I couldn't bring myself to spend very much time in the bathroom at all. Had I been able to leave the accommodation without staying and paying I would have left. I did spend the night but left as soon as I could after a very average breakfast (which had also been overhyped). My scrambled eggs looked like they had been microwaved and there was egg shell present. I would not recommend and won't be back.
