夏天來住的時候，服務員説在從新裝修，在來還那樣，設施陳舊，洗澡水水垢都滿了，流不出來，下水道又不下水，房裡贓的要命

1.前台接待服務一般，説話也很沖
2.房間不隔音，隔壁房間的呼嚕聲一直聽到後半夜
3.枕頭上有污漬，被罩爛洞
4.房間沒有免費的紙巾用，衹有廁紙是免費的
5.房間沒有網，據説是在維修，維修了24小時，直到第二天退房的時候還是沒修好
6.沒網電視也是個擺設
7.因為有小孩所以問前台多要一張房卡，前台態度極差
唯一一點好處是停車場方便停車

衞生特別差，床品別人用過都沒換，給前台打電話才給換，房間味道很大，服務特別差，我們車在停車場被別的車碰掉漆，不讓我們查監控沒，我們又沒讓酒店賠，衹是想找到肇事車主，酒店稱跟他們沒關係，他們不管，這種酒店最好是別來住
