服務人員很熱情態度很好，就是酒店設施有點差，有很多射燈都是壞的、不亮，後來換了房間，另一個房間還有異響，門縫很大在外面可以看到裏面，將就住了，體驗感較差。

放假乾淨衞生，前台服務周到！有免費停車場，早餐豐富好吃，環境優雅，住着非常舒服，周邊玩的地方也很多。

一星都不想給，差評！差評！我們兩個人今天開了小時房（4小時）去洗澡，剛進去洗水温就特別涼，一個人忍着常温的水洗完，差點凍感冒，我們以為水温得等會上來，沒想到吃了個飯後，另外一個人去洗還是那麼涼，打電話給前台，前台態度不是很好，沒有解決辦法，説正在維修，就是讓我們等，可我們開的小時房還剩一個多小時就到點了，我們等待處理…..二十分鐘後直接去前台 還是沒有解決辦法 而且直接把我們的房退了，此時時間還有近一個小時。大過年的，搞得心情特別不好 酒店也沒有解決辦法，入住時候如果和我們説沒有熱水我們就不去了 也不説 最後一小時沒入住也不能退錢 説是已經入住了 沒有辦法 體驗感很差 以前來這住過 都挺好的 這次真是……一言難盡。以後不會再來了 避雷吧

房間的衞生真的很一般般
地毯特別臟
整個淋浴室到處都是水漬
花灑漏水
衣櫃裏還有其他人的襪子
窗簾也都是掉下來的
網上訂的是包含2份早餐
全程不知道早餐在哪裡 時間幾點（雖然也不會去吃）
