首先考慮的裝修是今年的，應該設備比較新選擇了入住，結果定了3間房間，一間衞生間漏水，且洗臉盆那無熱水，另兩間面盆出水都是沙粒。前台給出的解決方案是晚上十點搬至六樓，由於長者跟小孩在隔壁選擇了放棄。第二天退房的時候，前台如不是提醒，就好像事情沒有發生一樣，還讓寫個好評！雖最後提出給小朋友毛絨玩具作為補償，但是體驗感極差，下次不會再選擇這個酒店了。

工作原因，經常出差，沒有給過差評，真氣住了
入住前就打電話問停車是否方便，告知院裏都可以停車，停車位後晚上已洗漱準備入睡打電話説要有單位開會讓我下樓去挪車。如果你們有其他計劃是否應該提前做好告示？
一個人在外地，出於安全考慮沒有下樓也告知第二天一大早就會走，七點多點就直接打電話再次通知讓挪車，告知馬上就走，別催後直接就掛我電話
結果下樓就看到還有一堆空車位，這催什麼催？我想問住宿的客户就不是客户了？這樣子服務的？早餐也不行，連個水煮雞蛋都沒有，第一次差評實至名歸，不會再去了

前台態度惡劣，提前預訂好的房間到酒店前台告知沒有房間，要求換房間態度不好，對外地顧客愛搭不理，極其不好，想要入住可以提前查一下週邊的酒店，價位都差不多
