價格便宜，浴巾和枕套都是破的，這個不值一提，但是基本的温度和熱水都有問題。太差了，房間很冷，空調提前打開還是很冷，並且空調噪音很大。本來想着房間冷沖沖熱水澡可以緩解一下，沒想到熱水放了不大一下水就涼了，澡剛洗一半水就超級涼，打電話問洗澡水涼了多久水會熱，前台説熱水器小循環不過來，大概半小時左右，我這再凍半小時不得交代在這，真的很無語。訂房詳情上面含2份早餐，前台的解釋是過年期間廚師回老家了，沒有早餐，需要的話給煮餃子，這個和温度和熱水比，不值一提。總之，不推薦，至少冬天不推薦，喜歡洗涼水澡的除外。

過來出差的！出了電梯就是一個大坡到走廊！當天凌晨入住，差點摔倒我了！高低落差有30到40多公分，還好沒摔着我！萬幸！
第二天早上8點餐廳吃完飯。出來推開門就又是一個高台階，而且走廊裏是黑色的沒有燈光！直接當場把我摔在地上了，差點把我摔過去了。
當時就和前台反應了，這個安全隱患。到下午腳直接腫起來了，坐着輪椅去了德州下面的人民醫院拍片子。到現在快一週了，還不能正常走路！
哎，安裝措施要重視呀！如果摔斷腿！我肯定會追究酒店的責任了！ 我自認倒黴吧！嚴重扭傷！從早上退房，到中午買葯，到下午去醫院，醫葯費已經200多了，關鍵我不能活動了！

這次的酒店入住體驗真的太棒了！必須要好好誇一誇。
一進入酒店大堂，就感受到了温馨的氛圍。前台小姐姐特別熱情，服務周到體貼，讓人如沐春風。在得知天氣轉冷後，小姐姐主動為我安排了一個格外暖和的房間，這份細心和關懷真的讓我特別感動。房間內的温度適宜，讓人一進去就忘卻了外面的寒冷。
酒店的設施也很完善，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟，讓人能夠得到充分的休息。
總之，這家酒店無論是服務還是設施都無可挑剔。尤其是前台小姐姐的貼心安排，讓我在這個寒冷的天氣裏感受到了濃濃的温暖。強烈推薦給大家！
